Avialovers is a brand operated by Asterisco Amarelo Lda and functions as a digital platform for creative intermediation and commercialization of artistic works applied to textile products and accessories. The company’s primary activity consists of the creation, licensing, and management of original designs, as well as the technological and operational administration of the digital platform through which such designs are made available to the public.

Asterisco Amarelo Lda does not act as an industrial manufacturer of the physical products offered on the platform. The items are produced on demand by specialized third party printing and garment production providers, who materially execute the manufacturing process in accordance with the digital files supplied. Consequently, the contractual relationship comprises, on the one hand, the acquisition of a license to use an artistic work applied to a physical medium and, on the other hand, the provision of a technological management and logistical coordination service.

The amount paid by the customer includes, in an integrated manner, the license to use the artistic design incorporated into the product, the commission for digital platform management, and the costs associated with on demand production carried out by third parties. Asterisco Amarelo Lda receives remuneration for the assignment or sublicensing of the design and for the comprehensive management of the digital ecosystem that enables the materialization of the order, without thereby assuming the status of direct manufacturer of the physical good.

All designs marketed under the Avialovers brand are original and owned by Asterisco Amarelo Lda or are used under duly executed licensing, assignment, or express authorization agreements granted by their respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of such designs is strictly prohibited. The purchase of a product does not entail the transfer of intellectual property rights over the incorporated work, and authorization is strictly limited to the personal use of the purchased item.

Pursuant to its intermediation model, Asterisco Amarelo Lda coordinates the relationship between the customer and the on demand production provider, managing incidents, overseeing quality standards, and facilitating operational communication. However, the physical manufacturing, technical printing processes, and primary logistics are carried out by specialized third parties acting as independent operators.

The liability of Asterisco Amarelo Lda is limited to the proper management of the platform, the ownership or legitimate use of the designs commercialized, and the appropriate coordination of the ordering process. Under no circumstances shall the company be interpreted as assuming unlimited responsibility as an industrial manufacturer or as a principal logistics operator, beyond the terms expressly established in its general conditions.

This digital and artistic intermediation model constitutes the operational foundation of Avialovers, establishing a structure comparable to technological platforms that connect creativity, on demand production, and the end user under a coordinated licensing and management framework.
