All products offered under the Avialovers brand are manufactured on demand through third party fulfillment partners. Order processing begins only after payment confirmation and successful submission to the fulfillment provider. As part of its intermediation model, Asterisco Amarelo Lda coordinates the order fulfillment process but does not directly manufacture or ship the products.

Production time refers to the period required by the fulfillment provider to manufacture the product before shipment. Production time may vary depending on product type, order volume, customization requirements, seasonal demand, or force majeure events. Estimated production times displayed on the platform are indicative only and shall not be interpreted as guaranteed manufacturing deadlines.

Once production is completed, the order enters the shipping phase. Estimated delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time. Shipping time depends on the destination country, carrier operations, customs clearance procedures when applicable, and external logistical conditions beyond the control of Asterisco Amarelo Lda. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and do not constitute binding guarantees.

Asterisco Amarelo Lda shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect customer address information, force majeure events, peak season congestion, or any circumstance outside its reasonable control. Such events may include but are not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen operational limitations affecting the fulfillment partner.

If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer claims non receipt, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. Asterisco Amarelo Lda may assist in facilitating communication but does not assume liability for carrier confirmed deliveries. Claims for orders lost in transit must be submitted within fourteen days from the estimated delivery date. Upon verification with the fulfillment provider and carrier, a replacement may be issued at the company’s sole discretion.

In cases where an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer shall bear any additional reshipment costs. Returned items resulting from such circumstances may not be eligible for refund due to the print on demand nature of the products.

During high demand periods, including holidays or promotional campaigns, production time and shipping time may be extended. Customers acknowledge and accept that estimated delivery dates are projections based on average fulfillment performance and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Asterisco Amarelo Lda’s responsibility is strictly limited to proper coordination of the order submission to the fulfillment partner and the provision of tracking information once available. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, missed events, or expectations based on estimated delivery timeframes.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the on demand production and third party fulfillment structure of Avialovers and understands that delivery timeframes are estimates rather than contractual guarantees.
